Every BLOOM room is wheelchair accessible. Here’s how to request other accommodations.
All BLOOM spaces at Indiana University South Bend are wheelchair accessible, including the auditorium, the workshop classrooms and the dining area. The venue has accessible parking and entrances.
Requesting an accommodation
Email the organizing team at least two weeks before the conference. We can arrange large-print materials, sign language interpretation, meals for dietary needs and a quiet room.
Noise and quiet space
Workshops are in regular classrooms. The networking lunch is in a larger room and gets loud. A quiet room is open all day for anyone who needs a break.
Allergies and dietary needs
Lunch always includes vegetarian options. List other dietary needs or allergies when you register, or email us so the caterer can plan.
