Elena Krueper is a junior Wells Scholar at Indiana University Bloomington studying Environmental Sustainability and International Studies. A native of Elkhart, Indiana, she was involved with The Pennant and the Youth Environmental Press Team during high school, where she helped pass a unanimous Climate Recovery Resolution in the city of Elkhart. She founded BLOOM to connect northern Indiana high school students with sustainability initiatives and environmental storytelling opportunities.
